Inside the pamphlet it has a code breakdown for the pamphlet, breaks down how the salesman should prepare for a phone call to a prospective customer. The next pages go step by how to handle the call with the customer based on their answers.

The pamphlet is in Excellent Condition with no rips, no writing and no creases. There is some very minor corner wear and edge wear on the front cover. Please see the scans.
