The booklet is about 32 pages long with black and white pictures and some color pictures inside.

The booklet has many write ups as follows: a Message to the Young Men of America by General Nathan F Twining, the history and mission of the USAF, general information about the AFROTC, futures for AFROTC graduates, pilots, navigators, scientist and technicians, meteorologists, administrators, basic course, aircraft of the United State Air Force, advanced AFROTC course, advanced AFROTC flight training and orientation, AFROTC summer training, around the campus, advantages and privileages, educational opportunities in the USAF, the Air Force Officer, AFROTC entrance requirements, how to apply. The back cover has Headquarters Air Force ROTC United State Air Force Maxwell Air Force Base Alambama, with a enrollment application card with AFROTC Detachment 575 University of Buffalo Buffalo 14 New York prestamped on the return side of the card.

The booklet is in fairly good condition with no rips, no writing, no creases and a tight binding. There is some cover wear and the pages inside on the bottoms have some what appears to be moisture damage staining. Please see the scans.
