Pictures in the book include the following: a 1904 Mercedes, the 1921 Duesenberg Racer that Jimmy Murphy drove to victory in the Le Mans Grand Prix in 1921 and the photo is marked Indianapolis Motor Speedway Official Photo, Juan Manuel Fangio at the wheel of his 1957 Maserati at the Nurburgring Grand Prix course in West Germany, a 1963 Lotus-Ford Formula 1 car another photo from the Indianapolis Speedway official photo, Peter Revson race car driver with his McLaren for the start of the Indy 500 of 1971 another official photo, and there are also photos of the models in various stages of build and many diagrams for building these cars.

The book is in excellent condition for its age with no rips, and no creases and a tight binding. The is some writing and library stamping on the inside front cover and first page, and the back inside cover has stampings and the residue from the library pocket for the library card on the inside last page and some looks like tape markings also, the rest of the book inside is clean with no writing and it has the original dust jacket plastic covering also. Nice overall considering its age.
